Susan Marie Yobbe

Susan M. Yobbe, age 72, of Willmar and formerly of Redwood Falls, passed away Sunday, February 22, at Bethesda Grand.

Susan was born on October 7, 1953, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Edward and Georgianna (Scheunemann) Yobbe.  She grew up in North Minneapolis and graduated from North Minneapolis High School.  In 1970, Susan was married to Melroy Wall.  They made their home in Minneapolis, and she worked as a homemaker.  They divorced in 1981.  Susan attended Hennepin Technical College and earned a culinary certification.  She made her home in Redwood Falls and worked for over 20 years at Jackpot Junction in food service.  In November of 2022, she moved into Bethesda Grand in Willmar.  She enjoyed playing bingo, being an avid sports fan of the MN Vikings, MN Twins and WWE wrestling, attending Pow Wow's and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by three children, Angela Wall of Wabasso, Kevin Wall of Willmar and Nathaniel Wall of Willmar; eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.  Also surviving are three siblings, Joe (and Laurie) Stimart of Minnetonka, Linda Yobbe of Brooklyn Center and Sharon Frencher of Minneapolis; besides other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Brenda Marie Wall in 1976.
