Saw Raw, age 64, of Willmar, passed away Tuesday, March 31, at his residence under hospice care.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by his funeral service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, at the Church of the Nazarene in Willmar.  Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Peterson Brothers Funeral Home.  www.petersonbrothers.com

Saw Raw was born on March 28, 1962, in Du Ta Kay, Hpa Pu, Burma.  He grew up Burma and was married to Knyaw Paw on February 25, 1993.  This union was blessed with six children.  In May of 2014, the family came to the United States and made their home in St. Paul, Minnesota.  In 2019, they all moved out to the Willmar community.  Saw was employed at Select Genetics for many years prior to his illness.

He is survived by his wife, Knyaw Paw; six children, Wa Sa Tee, Moo Doe So, Stee No Moo, Moo Kpaw So, Moo Bleh Soe and Eh Taw Soe; six grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters.
