Kay L. Inman, age 68, of Willmar, died Thursday morning, July 19, at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.

Kay Louise (Bostrom) Inman was born on September 4, 1949 to Warren and Eunice (Kleven) Bostrom. She grew up in Willmar, was baptized and confirmed at Vinje Lutheran Church and graduated from Willmar High School in 1967. She then went on to attend Mankato State University. Kay married Thomas Coleman in 1969 and had two sons, Chad and Patrick. They later divorced.
Kay and Don were married in Willmar on November 12, 1981. Kay worked as a travel agent for over 25 years at Willmar Travel Agency. She enjoyed helping others plan their vacations as well as her own travel excursions. Don and Kay made many trips over the years to Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Montana and Mexico just to name a few. Kay loved gardening, camping, cooking, and baking. She especially loved entertaining family and friends, welcoming any and all who stopped by for a short visit or a special occasion, making sure they were always well fed with her gourmet cooking.
Kay is survived by her husband, Donald, of Willmar; four children: Chad (Amy) Coleman of St. Cloud, Patrick (Andrea) Coleman of Willmar, Ange (Tim) Pfannenstein of Chandler, Arizona, and Kevin Inman of St. Cloud; five grandchildren: Tyler and Evan Coleman, Sullivan and Mannix Coleman, and Isabel Pfannenstein. Kay adored being a Mom, but her greatest joy was being a Grandma. She is also survived by one brother, Kevin (Nancy) Bostrom, two nephews, Peter and Samuel Bostrom, as well as other extended family and friends. Kay will be deeply missed as a wife, mom, grandma, sister and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
