Joan Engelmann, age 66, of Willmar, died Monday morning, February 6, at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.
A private family service will be held. Arrangements are with Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar.
Joan Carol Engelmann was born April 9, 1950, in Prescot, England, the daughter of George and Rachel Engelmann. She was raised in Willmar and graduated from Willmar High School in 1968.
Joan will be remembered for her free spirit, her kindness, and her ability to find the good in everyone she met.
She is survived by two sons: Jason Pauletic of Willmar and Josh Pauletic of Denver, CO; a brother, Denny (and Jayne) Engelmann of Willmar; her niece, Vanessa Engelmann; and her special friend, Steve Williams of Portland, OR.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
