David Klucas

David F. Klucas, age 58, of Willmar, passed away unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, July 5, on Eagle Lake near Willmar.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, at the Church of St. Mary in Willmar.  Interment will be in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Arrangements are with Peterson Brothers Funeral Home.  www.petersonbrothers.com

David Francis Klucas was born on December 24, 1961, in Willmar, Minnesota, the son of Clarence and Violet (Beckler) Klucas.  He grew up in Willmar, was baptized and confirmed at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, graduated from Willmar High School in 1979 and attended the Willmar Vo-Tech College.  David was employed for over 25 years at K-Mart and has worked at Wal-Mart since 2010.  He enjoys cars, collecting juke boxes and pinball machines and classic rock music.  David had two beloved cats, Bluey and Whitey that he cherished.

He is survived by his parents, Clarence and Violet Klucas of Willmar, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
