Auntie Cy was such a smiley, friendly lady. I always enjoyed visiting her and Ray when I was a little girl. She was an excellent host and i especially liked playing with Rusty and Laurie. My sympathy to you Laurie and family. Its always hard to lose a parent. Colleen Plantenberg Weiss

Cy was such a wonderful godmother. She never forgot my birthday. Even in recent years we always exchanged birthday and Christmas cards. She would always write a note and it was so wonderful to get those notes from her. I have kept them and treasure them. I remember babysitting for Cy and Ray when they would go to their square dancing events. I will miss her. My sympathy to you and your family Laurie.

Thinking of you all and remembering the best friendship our mother and Cy shared all those years on 11th Street and St. Mary's church community! Also the MANY years with square dancing with Ray and Cy and Dad and mom! Also including when all the kids came on summer vacations!! All will be remembered!! Mostly Cy's help when we had to move our mother, Cec, from her home to Mankato and just being there for talking and support! Thank you for sharing your mother! Our prayers are with you. Mary, Ann, James & Dick Otte and our families

Prayers to Cy's family and friends. I have fond memories of her when she lived next door to us on 11th St. in Willmar. She helped me learn the difference between the weeds and the flowers ;) and was always so kind and thoughtful to us and my son Abbott. Keeping you all in my thoughts. Heidi Hanson
