Calvin was the most honest and caring guy out there. Especially for his love of his life, Sandy. Dearly missed, but never forgotten. Pontoon rides, bonfires and cocktails. There was never a dull moment with those two. Sandy and Calvin were always caring for myself and my significant other. A couple we always looked up to and always had our backs in our relationship struggles. Calvin was selfless and was always there to help when anyone needed it. Thank you Calvin for gracing us with your presence in the years we've known. You've impacted us more than anyone can know. May you rest peacefully and know you'll never be forgotten. My love and prayers go out to your family and girlfriend Sandra who we will watch out and continue to help guide her through this life. Kasey, Keegan & Bella. New Prague, Mn

I will forever miss the loving man that was our friend and neighbor. He was so incredibly happy when he was around with Sandra who he called "the love of his life". We spent many nights at bonfires, enjoying drinks, and pontooning on the lake. Sandy and Calvin both became my family... I had so many dinners with them, and they even helped me move! I saw him Christmas night... he was excited to go stop in to see Sandra and left quickly after dropping off presents. He was always concerned with making everybody happy... he was always asking if we needed help, playing with our dogs, and the last text messages I have from him were of him asking if I had passed my boards... which I did (and I bawled when i found out I passed right after I heard about the accident). Rest easy dear friend... we will watch over "the love of your your life" for you... prayers to everyone, both the family and to his wonderful girlfriend, Sandra. Please help us keep laughing, Calvin... we will meet again one day. Cheers!
