Suzanne Allen

Suzanne Kathleen Allen, 67, of Litchfield and formerly of Spicer, died Thursday, February 16, at the St. Cloud Hospital following a hospitalization for influenza.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, at Hope Presbyterian Church in Spicer. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with the Peterson Brothers Green Lake Funeral Home in Spicer. www.petersonbrothers.com
Suzy, as most knew her, was born March 29, 1949, the middle of 5 children. As a teenager she enjoyed riding horses and was a cheerleader. In 1967, she married her high school sweetheart, Dale Manson. The couple later divorced. As an adult, she was an avid reader and lifelong learner. In 1989, Suzy had a liver transplant, which gave her a new lease on life.
She is survived by her children, Eddy Manson (and Julie) and Heidi Quiram (and Todd), four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, her mother, Phyllis, two brothers Bill and Dave, and one sister, Betsy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert, and an older sister, Barbara.
